Storage
Store frozen at or below -18ーC and consume in 3 months (as dated).
Keep chilled at or below 5ーC and consume within 48 hrs.

Preparation
Remove the cardboard sleeve before heating in the microwave.

From Thawed: Defrost from frozen for 2 mins or 8 hrs in the refrigerator, pierce film and microwave on high (1000W) for 3 mins.

From Frozen: Defrost for 2 minutes, pierce film and microwave on high (1000W) for 5 minutes.

Caution: The container and its contents will be HOT after heating.
