Allergen Advice
Please be aware that whilst all care is taken to keep allergens out of particular meals. Traces may still be present as Portions meals are prepared in the same kitchen that also processes foods containing, peanuts, tree nuts, milk and dairy, wheat, various seed products including sesame, and gluten, wheat, soy, egg, fish and crustacean products.
Instructions
Storage
Store frozen at or below -18ｰC and consume in 3 months (as dated).
Keep chilled at or below 5ｰC and consume within 48 hrs.
Preparation
Remove the cardboard sleeve before heating in the microwave.
From Thawed: Defrost from frozen for 2 mins or 8 hrs in the refrigerator, pierce film and microwave on high (1000W) for 3 mins.
From Frozen: Defrost for 2 minutes, pierce film and microwave on high (1000W) for 5 minutes.
Caution: The container and its contents will be HOT after heating.
