Shipping policy

At Portions Lifestyle Cuisine, we want to make getting your meals as simple and stress-free as possible. Please read through our shipping guidelines before placing your order.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to Metropolitan Melbourne.

To check if we deliver to your postcode, please use our Delivery Checker at checkout.

Delivery Schedule

Orders must be placed by:

  • 12PM Monday for Tuesday-Thursday delivery,
  • 12PM Thursday for Friday delivery. 

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide exact delivery times.

Receiving Your Delivery

You don’t need to be home to receive your order. Meals are delivered in insulated packaging designed to keep them frozen until you’re able to unpack them.

If you live in a gated property or somewhere that may be difficult to access, please leave delivery instructions in the "Special Instructions" section at checkout.

Our drivers may refuse delivery if they are unable to access the property or if the location is deemed unsafe. In this case, your order will be returned to our kitchen, and you’ll need to arrange collection.

Portions reserves the right to refuse deliveries to PO Boxes and alternative addresses.  

Delivery Fees

A delivery fee of $15 applies to all orders.

Free delivery may be available on orders over $150.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or missing instructions, the order will be returned to our kitchen. Re-delivery is not available, and the original delivery fee is non-refundable.

Pick Up

Customer may opt for Kitchen pick-up or locations listed on our pick-up page.

Orders that fall outside our delivery scope must be collected from our Kitchen in Burwood on an allocated pick up day, set by us between the hours of 9am – 5pm AEST.  

Portions is not liable for any further cost incurred to the customer for pick up. This includes but is not limited to, travel costs.  

Portions reserves the right to provide meals as they are, individually packaged, upon pick up. We will not be liable for any damages incurred to meals after pick up. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a suitable carry bag/storage container to hold frozen/fresh meals.
